ShootCast's SunScout AR is built into the native iOS app. Preview the sun or moon path over the live camera view, switch lenses, choose a custom date or time, start a countdown Live Activity, and save a branded scouting image for later.

ShootCast is a planning aid, not a safety or navigation service. Forecasts and modeled data can change, and some features depend on provider and regional coverage. Tide uses NOAA stations where available and may use a clearly labeled model estimate elsewhere.
