MoveCast scores every hour against your ranges, not a generic idea of nice weather. It tells you when, in the words you plan in. "Good all morning." "Good most of the day." The exact window is there underneath when you want it, but you should not need to read a table to decide whether to go. It knows how long you are out for. A four hour hike needs four good hours in a row. A short run needs one. MoveCast only offers windows that actually fit. A deal-breaker means no. Set gusts above 45 as a deal-breaker for cycling and no amount of sunshine will talk you into it.
