iCoderAgent is a mobile AI coding assistant for iPhone and iPad. It lets developers design, build, and iterate on software directly from their device by conversing with large language models. From a chat-style terminal, users can generate and edit code, create web pages, REST APIs, scripts, UML and design diagrams, and documentation, then preview the results in-app.

The app uses a "bring your own key" model: users supply their own API keys for the AI provider they choose — including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, xAI Grok, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Moonshot/Kimi, Hugging Face, OpenRouter, locally hosted Ollama, and Apple's on-device MLX-LM. The user's keys and prompts are sent directly to the selected provider; the app does not resell model access.

iCoderAgent runs an embedded Python interpreter on-device with a sandboxed tool system, so the agent can read and write project files, run database queries, search code, and use version control within an isolated workspace. An optional autonomous build loop can plan, execute, and verify a task end to end. A companion macOS application can optionally run builds and tests on the user's own computer.

Encryption usage: the app relies only on standard, industry-standard encryption. All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS, and sensitive values such as API keys and authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. The app contains no proprietary or non-standard cryptographic implementations.
