SPOS Staff

SPOS Staff is the mobile companion for gym owners and authorized staff using Studio Profit OS. Keep your team connected and manage daily work from your phone.

With the permissions granted by your gym, you can:

• Message staff one-to-one or create custom named group chats with selected teammates. Mention participants, reply to messages, and manage chat notifications.
• View today's classes and attendance, find the right member, and confirm a manual check-in.
• Review belt and stripe promotion eligibility, confirm promotion details, and follow results.
• Prepare bulk texts for supported lead, member, tag, membership-plan, and event audiences. Review eligibility, exclusions, and estimated cost before confirming. Texting requires an approved gym messaging setup and applicable consent.
• Manage conversations and leads, place outbound calls, and play voicemail.
• View member details, staff reports, and Staff Community.
• Switch between gyms you are authorized to access.

SPOS Staff requires an active Studio Profit OS account and owner or accepted staff access. Available tools depend on your gym and permissions. Members OS is a separate app for gym members.
