When you choose not to light one, tap Save This One. The app records how many cigarettes did not turn into ash today, and how much money stayed in your pocket.

If the urge comes, tap Wait 3 Minutes. It is not about forcing yourself to quit immediately. It is simply about putting that cigarette off for a moment. After 3 minutes, you still get to choose.

At night, you can check in by recording how many cigarettes you actually lit today. Smoke Ledger will compare it with your starting daily amount and show you how many cigarettes you avoided, and how much money did not turn into smoke.
