WHAT AEROTHROW DOES
Real-Time Measurement
See both the angle and the throw of your control surface live. The signal is smoothed by an adjustable low-pass filter for a stable reading, even on a vibrating airframe.
Dual Sensor Support
Connect two sensors to monitor a pair of symmetric surfaces or differential surfaces. Aerothrow automatically computes and displays the throw and angle difference between the two sides.
Chord & Calculation Method
Enter your control surface chord and choose your calculation method: orthogonal projection (ORTHO) or actual chord (circle CHORD). Aerothrow converts angle to physical throw using the formula that matches your workflow.
Throw Alarms
Set a high and a low threshold. When the surface exceeds the limit, haptic feedback fires immediately, your hands are on the model, no need to watch the screen.
Session Peaks
Each session automatically records the maximum and minimum throw since the last "Set Neutral". Useful for checking that your servo isn't bottoming out.
Guided Calibration
A step-by-step calibration assistant walks you through accelerometer calibration (flat placement, countdown) and magnetometer calibration (free rotation in space). Calibration quality is shown in real time as a progress bar.
Sensor Management
Save your sensors. Aerothrow automatically reconnects them as soon as they are in range, even after a dropout.
Battery Level
The built-in LiPo battery of the sensor is displayed using a realistic non-linear discharge interpolation. No more surprises mid-session.
