Get a local reminder when you approach your garage, then open the right door manually from iPhone or CarPlay.

Garage Door Assistant connects your iPhone to your own Home Assistant installation and makes your garage available where you need it: on iPhone and in CarPlay.

When you approach your garage, the app can show a local notification. This brings you back to the right action quickly, so you can open or close a configured garage door with a deliberate tap.

The app never opens a door automatically. Every action is triggered manually and intentionally.

You can try Garage Door Assistant free for 14 days. After that, the app can be unlocked permanently with a one-time In-App Purchase.
