• At-home exercise programs designed by your Ivy Rehab clinician • Easy-to-follow exercise videos with clinician-led voice instruction • Daily progress tracking to give your care team insight into your recovery • At-home support from a dedicated remote care navigator to assist with your exercises and answer your questions along the way (ask your provider if you're eligible for at-home support from a dedicated coach) • Apple HealthKit integration to sync your health data to the My Ivy Care app
