WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log meals in seconds — what you ate, where it came from, and whether you suspect gluten or cross-contamination. • Note reactions — pick from common symptoms (stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, rash, and more), set a severity, and note how long after eating they started. • Track bathroom trips with the Bristol Stool Scale (types 1–7), the same scale clinicians use. • Forgot to log yesterday? Backdate any entry to the right day and time. • See a daily dashboard: meals, pee, poop, average stool type, and whether any reactions happened. • Long-press any entry to flag a "glutening day" so it stands out in your report. • Generate a clean PDF report for any date range — with a per-week note on how confident you were that the diet stayed gluten-free — and share it with your doctor.
