Walk the site. See a fault. Snap a photo, set the severity, add a note, then drop a pin on the plan so anyone reading the report knows exactly where fault 17 is. Repeat. Back on signal, the queue syncs.

Then generate the report: your PDF plan annotated with every numbered pin, photos and notes, grouped by severity. Hand it to the subcontractor or client, or work through the fixes yourself.
