Snagger is the offline-first inspection app for architects, surveyors, contractors, and inspectors. Drop pins on building plans, capture defects with photos and notes, and generate professional PDF reports — all from your phone, fully on-device.

THE CORE WORKFLOW Import a PDF or photo of a plan, place pins exactly where issues are, attach up to 20 photos per pin with optional red-line annotations, and mark each issue by severity (Low / Medium / High). When the snag list is ready, generate a polished PDF report with your company letterhead and share it via WhatsApp, email, AirDrop, or any other app.

TWO REPORT TYPES • Snag Lists — track construction and finishing defects per block and floor. Re-issue revisions as work progresses; every revision is saved permanently. • Condition Reports — document a property's existing state per floor. Include facade photos with red-line markings and detailed pin observations.
