HOW IT WORKS

1. Set a goal: 3 km, 5 km, 10, whatever today calls for.
2. Start from anywhere and wander freely.
3. At 85% of your budget, a gentle heads-up tells you to start thinking about heading back.
4. At 100%, a clear haptic says: turn around now.
5. Gone over? A third nudge keeps the overshoot honest.
6. Finish near your starting point, right on target.
