Yohaku Quest gives you one tiny daily challenge designed to help you notice more in ordinary life.

There are no streak demands, big goals, or public posts. Each quest takes about 1 to 15 minutes and fits into a walk, a commute, a break, or the end of your day.

Try small quests such as:

• Look at the sky for 10 seconds
• Put your phone down and take one slow sip
• Photograph something you usually miss
• Change one street on your way home
• Open a book from a section you never visit

When you finish, save the moment with one tap. A photo, a short note, and a mood score are optional—finishing without writing anything is fine too.

Your completed quests form a quiet 1mm Log. Weekly reflections help you revisit small shifts in what you noticed, where you went, and how the day felt.

Each quest also introduces a gentle 1mm Surveyor. The collection is not another goal to chase; it is simply a visual record of the small detours you have taken.
