WHO IS SIVAYOGI?

Arumugam Sivakumar, known as Gnana Guru Sivayogi, is an Indian spiritual teacher, philosopher and founder of Yoga Kudil. Born on 17 May 1968, he dedicated his life to making the principles of self-inquiry, personal transformation and practical spirituality accessible to all — regardless of caste, religion, language or social background.

On 27 April 2006, he founded Yoga Kudil in Chennai — presenting the timeless wisdom of ancient Tamil mystics in a manner understood and applied by contemporary individuals everywhere.

His teachings focus on Thannarivu (self-inquiry) — understanding oneself to achieve lasting inner peace and self-realization.
