Who is Swami Sivananda?

Born in 1887 (Tamil Nadu), Swami Sivananda served as a doctor in Malaysia before renouncing worldly life to dedicate himself to yoga, Vedanta, and service. He founded the Divine Life Society (DLS) in 1936, authored hundreds of books, and taught the Yoga of Synthesis, integrating Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Raja Yoga.
