Once you start, CuePlan keeps the current step in front of you, shows how long it has been running, and reminds you what comes next.

It is not meant to make your day feel stricter. It is meant to make it easier to return to your plan when your attention drifts. You can start with a simple step list, or build a more detailed flow with durations, icons, notes, location-based endings, and backup plans. If you use Live Activities, your current step can stay visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you do not have to keep reopening the app just to remember where you are. When you need fewer distractions, Full Screen mode keeps the focus on the current step and the timer. Time management is not about becoming perfect overnight. It is about knowing what you are doing now, noticing where your time goes, and gently moving to the next step. CuePlan helps you do that, until the plan is no longer just written down, but actually followed through. CuePlan works offline by default and does not require an account. Your flow data stays on your device. Location, camera, and Live Activity permissions are only used when you choose features that need them.
