Your eye records, organized
Log eye pressure, prescriptions, drops, and symptoms in one place. Snap a clinic letter, let AI extract the readings. Your full eye history in your pocket.
OcuPath is the eye-record companion built for people who actually track their eyes — anyone with glaucoma, pigment dispersion syndrome, ocular hypertension, high myopia, or a long history of clinic visits to keep organized.
WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Intraocular pressure (IOP) readings per eye, with time, clinic or device, and notes
• Prescription history — sphere, cylinder, axis, add, PD — by date and prescriber
• Contact-lens specs — base curve, diameter, brand, wear schedule
• Eye drops and adherence — doses taken, missed, due
• Symptom diary — blur, halos, dryness, redness, floaters, flashes
• Clinic visits — diagnosis notes, plans, photos, PDFs
SCAN ANYTHING
Snap a photo of a prescription, OCT report, or visit letter. OcuPath extracts the values automatically using on-device OCR and AI, then routes them into the right record — no retyping.
YOUR DATA, YOUR DECISIONS
• Sign in with Apple — no passwords, no email harvesting
• Vision-prescription data syncs to Apple Health where supported; IOP and specialized eye data live in your own OcuPath account so they don't get lost in the Health silo
• Charts let you spot pressure trends before the next visit, not after
• Export everything as PDF for a referral or second opinion
NOT A DIAGNOSIS TOOL
OcuPath organizes your records and helps you prepare for visits — it does not interpret findings or replace your ophthalmologist. Always discuss readings and trends with a qualified eye-care professional.
PRIVACY
• Records are tied to your Sign-in-with-Apple identity only — no email or phone is required
• Scans and OCR text are stored in your private account on Cloudflare R2 (EU)
• Apple receives nothing beyond standard SIWA authentication
• Full privacy details: https://ocupath.smartycode.com/privacy
OcuPath is free to use during v1.0. Future advanced features (longer history charts, doctor-ready visit summaries, smart adherence reports) may move to a paid tier.
