DATA AND PRIVACY EyePegasus EHR stores and transmits protected health information through the EyePegasus backend, which is designed to support HIPAA compliance and is covered by a Business Associate Agreement. Any optional module that handles PHI is covered by a signed agreement with its service provider. Biometric authentication is device-local; Face ID and Touch ID data never leave your iPad. The app contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no tracking identifiers.
