SparkChoice is a daily activity menu for ADHD and autistic kids — and the adults who care for them, or who want their own version. Built by an autistic dad for our family — autism, AuDHD, ADHD all under one roof — for the days when "what do you want to do?" gets you a blank stare and a meltdown.

How it works

Each morning the app picks a small, manageable set of activities from a pool you and your child have built together. The choices respect the weather (no muddy outdoor walk on a downpour day), the time you have, and the energy level your child has signalled. Tick what got done. Skip what didn't. Tomorrow comes round and tries again.

For families Free plan: one profile, twenty activities, the daily menu, weather, and crisis mode — all the safety-net features stay free forever. Premium adds unlimited activities, themes, analytics, and engagement tools for £9.99/month. Family plan covers up to five profiles for £14.99/month, with sibling activities and unlimited history.

For solo adults SparkChoice works just as well as a personal daily menu. Energy check-in, mood-based suggestions, no kid-coded UI. Same plans apply.

Privacy and safety Your data stays your data. We don't sell, share, or train on it. No third-party trackers. No behavioural ads. Children's profiles are gatekept by parent-managed token links — no public discoverability. COPPA-aligned, UK GDPR compliant, full export and delete on request, 30-day soft-delete hold so you can change your mind.
