My cancellation experience just showed me how you treat your costumers. I cancelled my subscription initially due to the cost of the app for its relative use (definitely less than GoodInside) - instead of the $29.99/mo you offered me to stay for $14.99/YEAR… the difference suggests they are likely significantly overcharging the members. Additionally, as soon as I cancelled my subscription, I was unable to access any of my lessons - even though my payment just a couple of days ago would only end next month. For an app that is intended to be supportive to families, my experience was very disappointing and changed my perspective. Do not recommend.
