User Reviews

We’ve been using this app for over 8 months now, and it just keeps getting better and better! We’ve tried several different apps over the years, and this is the first one we’ve found that has been able to handle most of what we need in one place. We previously used VSBL, but over time we became increasingly frustrated with glitches, usability issues across both Apple and Android devices, and the limited features available at the time. We then switched to OneClickApp, which was a good app overall, but as our needs grew, we found that it didn’t offer the level of customization we were looking for, especially for the cost. That eventually led us to look for something that gave us more flexibility and could bring more of what we were doing across different platforms into one place. One of the things I like most about this app is how much we’ve been able to customize it around the way we actually operate. We upload our weekly schedules, leaders can input their setups, assign tasks, and complete their daily checklists. On the team member side, the accountability and rewards sections work hand-in-hand, and team members can see their own standings so they always know where they are. The project management section has also been really useful for us. We were previously using Basecamp for projects and follow-up from our weekly meetings, but we’ve been able to move all of that into this app as well. We can assign to-dos to leaders or developing team members and keep up with them without needing a separate platform. There are also quite a few other features we’ve found useful. We can track waste, keep up with uniform inventory, and leaders can submit warehouse orders and other restaurant needs through the app. These are all things that would normally end up being tracked in several different places. We’ve tried other platforms that worked well for certain things but were more limited in what we could actually use them for. With this app, we’ve been able to bring a lot of things that were previously spread across different apps and systems into one place. The team behind the app has also been very responsive when we’ve had feedback or questions, and they continue to make improvements. Overall, I’m really glad we switched. For me, the biggest benefit has been being able to customize the app around our store and keep so many of the things we use every day in one place.
