Using the sensors your Apple Watch already has and the on-device AI of iPhone, Mirror aligns your heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, movement and context on a single timeline—so you can see states and patterns you never noticed: an underestimated moment of tension, a stretch of real focus, a night your body didn't recover, even the sigh before you leave home or the unconscious motion while you wash your hands.

Mirror is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not for any disease. Everything it shows is framed as an observation or trend, with one purpose: to help you understand yourself better. PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT THE PITCH Your data stays on your device by default, processed by Apple's on-device AI. No camera. No always-on recording. The microphone works only inside a short window you start, and raw audio is discarded immediately.
