EGK TerraScan is a professional surveying and construction data visualization application developed by EGK Microelectronic Solutions Group Sdn. Bhd. for engineers, surveyors, contractors, researchers, and infrastructure professionals.

The application allows users to import, organize, and visualize LiDAR point cloud data and RTK/GNSS survey coordinate files collected from industry-standard surveying equipment. The primary purpose of the application is to assist road construction, civil engineering, land surveying, utility mapping, infrastructure inspection, and academic research workflows.

Supported file formats include LAS, LAZ, E57, PTX, PTS, XYZ, PCD, CSV, TXT, DXF, SHP, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, RINEX OBS, POS, and other common survey-related formats.

The application is compatible with datasets originating from major industry equipment manufacturers including FJDynamics, DJI, Trimble, Leica Geosystems, Topcon, Emlid, RIEGL, Velodyne, Ouster, Hesai, Livox, FARO, and generic standards-compliant surveying systems.

EGK TerraScan functions as a data viewer, visualization tool, and format reference utility. The application does not modify proprietary manufacturer data, does not claim affiliation with any third-party hardware manufacturer, and does not provide official support for third-party products.

All imported files are supplied by the user through the iOS document picker. The application accesses only files selected by the user and does not collect, transmit, or share survey data with external parties.
