One case a day. Six clues, six guesses, one diagnosis.

The first clue appears and you make a call. Get it wrong and the next clue opens. You work through the presentation the way you would work through a case, narrowing as the picture fills in, and try to name the diagnosis before you run out of guesses.

Everyone playing gets the same case on the same day.

HOW IT PLAYS

Six clues, revealed one at a time. Six guesses, searched from a bank of more than 2,400 diagnoses. A new case every day at midnight, in your time zone. Your result, set against everyone else who played it.

BUILD A STREAK

Finish the daily and your streak grows, win or lose. Miss a day and it breaks, though you can watch a short ad to put it back. Subscribers earn streak freezes instead, one every three days of play, and a freeze covers a missed day on its own.

PLAY WITH FRIENDS

Add friends by link or QR code and compare your daily results on the friends leaderboard. Nudge the ones who have not played yet.

WRITE YOUR OWN

Build a case from scratch, six clues and an answer, then share it by link. Your friends play it and you see how they got on.

Every daily you missed is there to play, along with 100 cases written as premium exclusives that never ran as a daily. The library spans 29 specialties, from cardiology and neurology through to psychiatry and palliative medicine.

Symptoms is a game built for clinical education. It is not a diagnostic tool, and it must never inform decisions about real patients. Every case is fictional.

Both are available monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel yours in your Apple ID settings.
