WHAT GYMBRO IS NOT GymBro does not give medical advice, diagnose injuries, or prescribe 1RM testing. It does not sell your data or use it to train AI models. It is a coaching tool that interprets your training honestly.

PRIVACY Your email and workout data are stored securely via Supabase. Coaching responses are generated via OpenAI's API under terms that protect your data from model training. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. GymBro integrates with Apple Health to read your daily step count and sleep data. When you enable Health Sync on the Track page, this data is automatically imported into your daily tracker so you don't have to log it manually. GymBro only reads the data types you authorise and never writes to or modifies your Apple Health data. Health data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. Full privacy policy:
