Re: Guideline 2.5.4 — Background Location

TowPro uses persistent background location to enable real-time driver tracking within a towing dispatch platform. When a new job comes in, dispatchers and drivers need to see which driver is geographically closest so the nearest available truck can be assigned. This requires continuous background location updates from all active drivers — not just when the app is open. Removing this capability would break core dispatching functionality. We are happy to provide a screen recording demonstrating this feature on a physical device if required.

Re: Guidelines 3.1.1 and 3.2 — Business Model Clarification

TowPro is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for the towing industry. Any towing company can create an account and subscribe via our website — it is not built for or restricted to a single organization. The app is intended for general public distribution on the App Store.

The subscription model is B2B: towing company owners sign up and manage billing on our website, then invite their drivers and dispatchers as employees/users of the platform. The individual employees who download the app from the App Store do not purchase a subscription themselves — their employer has already done so. This is consistent with Guideline 3.1.3(b), which permits apps where purchases are made outside the app on other platforms, provided the business serves multiple customers.

We do not offer individual consumer subscriptions, so in-app purchase is not applicable to this model. We appreciate the review team's consideration of this context.
