Start with AI Tongue Scan to create a personalized wellness plan from your current self-care signals, or use guided questions to choose your goal, current state, and daily time. Meridian Care then creates a routine with recommended massage areas, acupoint-style steps, and guided daily check-ins.

Each routine includes clear step-by-step guidance, preparation countdowns, massage timers, and pause or resume controls. After each check-in, you can track your weekly progress and watch your Wellness Tree grow through a 100-day journey.
