OwlPact is a pact you make with yourself and a verdict on whether you kept it. You set a window of time to stay off your phone. OwlPact locks nothing and restricts nothing. It watches one moment: when OwlPact is open and in front of you during your own pact. That is an interruption.

Each interruption is recorded. Depending on your mode, pressure escalates and you choose: return to the pact or stand down. When the window ends, OwlPact gives its verdict: Clean, Pressured or Broken.
