Use label values and measured portions to review a meal, preserve uncertain ingredients, and save the math behind each adjustment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open Portions and choose a saved meal or create a label worksheet.
2. For each known food, enter label calories, label quantity and quantity eaten in matching units. Add the label or recipe source.
3. Review the mixed total, save the worksheet and share the portion math.

Photo estimates, meal history, calibration, insights and settings remain available. Portion worksheets work without a photo or Apple Intelligence. This update adds native iPad support.

WHAT TO KNOW Label and portion values remain approximate. Use the same preparation state and units for both amounts. Unreviewed foods retain their original estimate ranges. Serving sizes are not recommended amounts. Reviews do not replace original meal history or daily calorie totals. Up to 30 foods per worksheet and 200 saved reviews.
