Feluo is a photo-to-video creation app designed for turning a still photo into a short motion video with a simple, focused workflow. Start from the Home page, take a new photo with the camera or upload an image from your photo library, then move to the Create page to choose a motion prompt and generate a video.

The app is built around a clean creation process. After you select a photo, Feluo displays it in the Create page and offers motion prompts such as natural breathing movement, soft fluttering details, and subtle atmospheric portrait motion. These prompts help guide the generated result without requiring video editing skills or complicated settings. When generation starts, the app shows a full-screen loading overlay and keeps the current page locked until the request finishes.

Feluo is not a free app. Video generation is a paid feature based on coins. Each video generation consumes 100 coins, including users with an active subscription. The app may provide an initial coin balance, and users can purchase coin packs through the App Store when they need more coins. Subscription plans are also paid content and may grant bonus coins after a successful subscription.

Generated videos are saved in the Works area so you can find previous creations again. Each work record uses the source photo as its cover and opens a separate Record page for playback. The Result page shows the video created from the latest generation, while the Record page is used for saved works. Both pages include video playback controls, a progress bar, and actions for saving or sharing when available.

Feluo supports saving generated videos to the device photo library after permission is granted. If permission is denied, the app shows a clear message and does not force the user to change system settings. The Share feature checks that the video file exists before opening the system share sheet. The Delete action on saved records removes the selected local work from the Works list.

Feluo uses a dark wine-red visual style with themed cards, gradients, and simple English interface text. The app is intended for users who want a straightforward way to create short portrait motion clips from their own images, review them locally, and save or share results when they choose.

Privacy is important in Feluo. The app does not collect, sell, or use your private personal information or facial information for tracking, identification, advertising profiles, or face recognition. You should only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Generated works are managed locally in the app's Works area, and photo library access is requested only when you choose actions such as uploading a photo or saving a video.
