Roumov- AI Photo Moving Video

Roumov is an AI photo-to-video app for iOS that turns still images into short, atmospheric video clips. Choose a photo from your library or camera, pick a motion prompt on the Create screen, and generate a vertical MP4 video you can preview, share, or save. Roumov is for everyday creators who want simple photo-based motion clips without a full editor.

Paid digital content notice: Roumov is not a free app. Video generation requires paid digital content and is not available without it. Roumov sells paid digital content only through Apple In-App Purchase, including consumable coin packs and auto-renewing subscription plans. Coins are digital consumable content in your in-app balance. Each generation uses 100 coins and consumes paid digital content when you confirm Generate. Coin packs are paid digital coin packages that add coins after purchase. Subscriptions are paid digital content that may include subscription bonus coins, gallery save benefits, and priority customer support. Downloading Roumov does not include unlimited generations or free coin grants. There is no free tier for creating videos. All paid features and paid in-app content require a completed In-App Purchase. Prices, renewal terms, and billing are shown before purchase and processed by Apple. On Home, tap Choose Photo or Take Photo, then select a motion prompt such as a gentle turn, slow posture movement, or a subtle look-back. Confirm generation when prompted; Roumov charges coins and shows progress on Create. Finished clips are short vertical MP4 files. The Result screen supports play, pause, timeline scrub, Share, and Save to the photo library. The Works tab stores videos locally in a grid. Open a work to replay, save again, share, or delete. Settings offers About Us, Clear Cache, Privacy Policy and User Agreement, and privacy reminders.

Privacy: Roumov does not collect your private personal data and does not collect facial information for identification, profiling, or advertising. The app is not designed to recognize who is in a photo or to store biometric face data for marketing purposes. Roumov does not build face databases. Photos are used only for the generation you request. Works stay on your device unless you save to the library, share elsewhere, or delete them. Use only images you own or are allowed to use.

Results vary with photo quality, motion choice, network conditions, and service availability. Generation needs an internet connection. Failed attempts refund the coins used for that attempt. Navigation uses four tabs: Home, Works, Subscription, and Settings. Coin balance appears in the header; tap it to buy paid digital coin packs when your balance is low.

Roumov keeps the workflow direct: choose a photo, select a motion prompt, spend coins to generate a short video, then preview, save, share, or manage it in Works.
