HOW DISPATCH WORKS

1. New job appears in your Available Jobs list with urgency badge
2. Tap to see customer location, problem description, and customer's average rating from past techs
3. Claim the job — customer gets notified you're on the way
4. Update status: Start Service when you arrive, Build Estimate when ready to quote
5. Customer approves on your tablet — invoice generates automatically
6. Collect payment via Stripe — funds settle to your Connect Express account on a weekly cycle; top-tier techs unlock daily payouts based on performance
