• Easily view summary of work, drill into detailed information while performing services, track job progress in real-time, and keep a detailed record of all findings right from one centralized location.
• Swiping to the right, techs can easily mark an inspection item green. Swiping left will allow the technician to select yellow or red status, directing the tech to the Findings screen where they can record their findings and add images and/or videos to provide context.
• Integrated with the device's native camera, technicians have the full functionality of the phone's camera features to capture the clearest picture from the darkest corner of the undercarriage.
• Mark up pictures to show where the issue is and write text explaining it.
• Share findings with customers using Shop-Ware’s integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) — car owners will receive a clear presentation of the work that you have done on their vehicle, along with any urgent repairs and maintenance recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
• Receive approvals faster by giving the customer a clear understanding of the priority and urgency of each recommendation. Shop customers are able to quickly approve or decline services without extensive guidance from service advisors. This saves time and showcases the shop’s expertise to their customers.
