Recovery tasks — Your coach assigns exercises directly to your app. Watch the video, follow the steps, mark it done. Health metrics — Sync with Google Health Connect for automatic tracking of heart rate, sleep, resting HR, VO₂ max and active energy. Or enter values manually. Progress & streaks — See how your wellness evolves over time and stay consistent with your recovery streak.
