Open the app or glance at your Home Screen or Lock Screen widget to see what is next. Mark an anchor complete, write what you actually did, and Lila can save it as a future suggestion. At the end of the day, add a short reflection and build a private history of the moments you returned to yourself.

Lila is intentionally light. No feeds. No pressure-heavy streaks. No crowded dashboards. Just small actions, warm reminders, personal rituals, and a beautiful place to begin again.
