• Build a volunteer rota anyone can sign up to Share a public link — parents sign up to slots without needing an Upfayre account. Their assignments migrate across if they later join.

• Sell tickets and merch (UK only, no commission) Stripe Connect Express lets your PTA take payments directly to your bank — no platform commission, money never touches Upfayre.

• Keep score across the year A school year of fundraising totals, kept in one place. New committee? They inherit the history.

• Stay in the loop on your terms In-app and email notifications for what matters. One-click unsubscribe. We respect your time and your inbox.

• Add helpers without forcing accounts "External helpers" — neighbours, grandparents, the kind dad-from-Year-3 — appear on rotas and tasks without having to sign up themselves.

PRICING

Free to start. Free forever, if your PTA is small. £75/year for unlimited events when you outgrow that — billed once, no per-user fees. Beta members get the free tier extended through 2027.
