PPSB E-Loan is the official borrower app for Proficient Premium Sdn Bhd, a licensed money lender regulated under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT), Malaysia. Apply for personal financing, sign your loan agreement digitally, and manage repayments from your phone — no branch visits.

Minimum repayment period: 6 months Maximum repayment period: 24 months Loans are not repayable in full within 60 days.

Maximum APR: 18% p.a. (flat rate on principal for the full term, before fees)

Representative example (illustrative only — not a loan offer): • Principal: RM 10,000 • Term: 12 months • Interest rate: 18% p.a. flat • Total interest: RM 10,000 × 18% × (12 ÷ 12) = RM 1,800 • Total amount repayable (principal + interest): RM 11,800 • Monthly instalment: RM 11,800 ÷ 12 = RM 983.33 Final terms, fees (e.g. legal fee 1%, stamping fee RM 150), and schedule appear in your Loan Agreement after approval.
