Refro is a simple, friendly tracker for everything you keep in your refrigerator and your freezer. Snap a photo, give it a name, drop it in a drawer — Refro remembers when it went in, so you never have to guess again how long that pack of chicken has been sitting there.

WHO IT'S FOR

Refro is built for families who actually use what they freeze. If you have ever pulled out a mystery pack of something brown, defrosted it, and decided it was safer to throw away — Refro is for you. It is designed to be readable at a glance, with large tap targets and high-contrast colors that respect Dynamic Type. A parent or grandparent who finds most apps "too busy" can use Refro the day they install it.

KEY FEATURES

Multiple Appliances Add one or many appliances — a kitchen fridge, a garage freezer, a chest freezer, whatever you own. Each appliance gets its own color, icon, and drawer layout.

Custom Drawers Refrigerator shelves, freezer drawers, crisper bins, door pockets — name them whatever makes sense for your appliance. Drag, rename, recolor, and add new drawers any time.

Photo Per Item Every item can have a photo. Photos come from your camera or your library and are stored on-device only.

Smart Age Badges Each item shows when it was added. Refro automatically tints the badge from green (fresh) to red (very old) using different thresholds for fridge items (days) and freezer items (months) — so a 2-day-old fridge yogurt and a 2-month-old freezer steak both register as "still good" but a 2-week-old fridge yogurt does not.

Fast Search Tap the search bar to find an item across all of your appliances at once. Tap a result to jump straight to its drawer.

Two Languages Fully translated into English and Turkish (Türkçe). Switches automatically with your iOS system language.

Works Offline Your items, photos, and appliance layout never leave your device. The only thing that contacts the network is a single banner ad at the bottom of the screen, served by Google AdMob.

REMOVE ADS

Refro is free and supported by a small banner ad plus an occasional full-screen ad after several edits or deletes. Prefer an ad-free experience? A one-time "Remove Ads" purchase from Settings removes every ad forever on all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID. You can restore the purchase any time from Settings.

ACCESSIBILITY

Refro supports system Dynamic Type, so you can make every label larger from Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size. All tap targets are at least 60 pt, and destructive actions (deleting an item, a drawer, or an appliance) always require a confirmation tap.
