We designed EONS Community around a simple idea: owning a home in one of our communities should feel effortless. Whether you're checking an installment, asking a question about your unit, or just staying updated on what's happening at Lifewise — everything you need is a tap away.

YOUR UNIT, AT A GLANCE See your unit number, type, floor, building, and project whenever you want. Own more than one home with us? Switch between them with a single tap.

YOUR PAYMENTS, ALWAYS CLEAR View every installment with dates, amounts, and status. Know exactly what's been paid, what's due today, and what's coming up next — always in sync with our records, so there are no surprises. The app sends a gentle reminder the day an installment is due, and again if one slips past.

CUSTOMER CARE IN YOUR POCKET Have a question? Want to report something? Submit a ticket straight from the app. It goes directly to the right team so you get a fast, thoughtful response.

STAY IN THE LOOP Push and in-app notifications keep you updated on installments, verification progress, replies from customer care, and important security events on your account. You're in control — turn any category on or off in Settings whenever you like.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR RULES Update your name, phone, or email. Upload a profile photo. Switch on two-factor authentication for extra peace of mind. Use fingerprint or face unlock to open the app without retyping your password. See every device currently signed in, and sign any of them out with a tap.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your trust matters to us. Every request is encrypted in transit. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Whenever a new device signs into your account, you'll get an email right away.

FOR VERIFIED EONS OWNERS AND BUYERS EONS Community is made for our community. The first time you sign in, you'll complete a short one-time verification — your national ID, phone, and unit details — so our team can link your app to your actual contract. That's how we give you accurate, personalized information about your home.
