Super Coach is the fitness app that connects you directly to your personal trainer - and also lets you train completely on your own.

What you can do in the app:

• Personalized training programs — get a structured program from your coach, or build your own programs and splits. • Smart workout logging — track sets, reps, weights, and RIR/RPE as you train, with a built-in rest timer and full performance history. • Nutrition tracking — log calories, macros (protein/carbs/fat), and water intake against your daily goals. • Daily check-in — report your readiness, sleep, and body weight so your coach can fine-tune your training load. • Progress tracking — graphs and history that show you how you're improving over time. • Smart notifications — get notified when a new program arrives or when your coach sends you a message.

Training without a coach? No problem — independent mode unlocks every feature so you can build programs, log workouts, and track nutrition on your own. Want to connect with a coach later? Just enter a coach code anytime.

The app is fully in Hebrew with complete RTL support, dark mode, and a clean, focused design.
