NetGraph is a professional Wi-Fi site survey and heatmap app for network engineers, IT teams, installers, and low-voltage integrators.

ON-SITE SURVEYS

WI-FI DIAGNOSTICS

On Mac, NetGraph provides deeper Wi-Fi scanning and RF analysis, including:

• Signal strength, signal-to-noise ratio, and noise • Channel, band, BSSID, and link rate • Wi-Fi standard, security, and IP details • Nearby access points, channel utilization, and interference conditions

On iPhone and iPad, an optional Shortcut can collect enhanced Wi-Fi details during mobile surveys.

NETWORK PERFORMANCE TESTING

Measure real-world network performance in addition to wireless signal quality:

• Internet and local network latency • Packet loss • Download throughput • Upload throughput

Configure separate Internet or LAN test targets to help determine whether an issue comes from Wi-Fi coverage, the local network, or the upstream connection.

WI-FI ROAMING TESTS

• Observe transitions between access points • Track AP changes, latency, packet loss, and connection events • Save and review previous roaming sessions • Export roaming results as PDF

PNG & PDF EXPORT

• Export heatmaps as PNG images • Create multi-page PDFs covering multiple floors and metrics • Generate a separate image or PDF page for each floor and metric combination • Choose the floors, metrics, and filename order • Show or hide sample points, network devices, and metric explanations • Display point names or the metric value for the current export page

The complete project, survey, performance testing, roaming, heatmap, and export workflow is available across Mac, iPhone, and iPad, with controls tailored to each device.

Mac adds more comprehensive Wi-Fi scanning, channel utilization, and nearby interference analysis. iPhone and iPad make it easy to walk the site, collect measurements, verify fixes, and present results in the field.

NetGraph supports English and Simplified Chinese, as well as Dark Mode, bringing Wi-Fi surveying, troubleshooting, and reporting together in one clear workflow.
