CommandKit Lite: Incident Management for the Single-Unit Officer Lightweight IC tools for the officer running a working incident without a full command post. Unit tracking, sector assignments, and a patient log built around the rhythm of small-to-medium incidents, like the structure fire where you're command and entry at the same time, or the multi-patient MVC before mutual aid arrives. Not a replacement for ICS at a major incident. The tool for every other call.
