Groove captures each golfer's full swing metrics and translates it into the Groove Number™: a single, validated value that acts as a "shoe size" for golf clubs. That number is matched against more than 17,000 measured club configurations to deliver an objective head, shaft, and grip recommendation. Groove is currently live with driver fittings; fairway woods and irons release in 2026 to complete the full-bag experience. Runs on the Apple Watch®.

HOW IT WORKS

1. CAPTURE — A golfer takes 5 swings as their individual swing metrics— acceleration, velocity, rotation, and timing— are recorded and processed for analysis.

2. ANALYZE — Groove's proprietary algorithm, continuously refined across thousands of swing records, pinpoints each golfer's optimal Groove Number™ — a precise, repeatable measure of how they swing, and the key to how they should be fit.

3. MATCH — In seconds, the Groove Number is matched against 17,000+ measured head and shaft combinations, surfacing the precise build for each golfer's swing profile. Results land in the fitter's mobile app and web portal, ready to share with the golfer.
