The calls happen inside the app — a full-screen ringing screen and an alarm, not a phone line. No one is dialing you and no phone number is involved. They exist because a notification is too easy to swipe away and an alarm isn't.

Your tasks are yours. Delete your account and everything in it from Profile → Delete Account — in the app, no email, no waiting period. Details in the Privacy Policy.
