ACLSMED - MONITOR Full landscape patient monitor with six clinical channels: HR/ECG, ART/NIBP, PA, CVP, SpO₂, and EtCO₂. Integrated manual defibrillator with charge → shock → reset cycle. Transcutaneous pacer with capture indicator. Alarm flashes and ICU tones sync to whatever the instructor throws at it. Hardware-realistic synthesized audio — HR beep that tracks SpO₂ on desaturation, AED voice prompts, CPR metronome at 110 bpm with on-screen compression artifact.

ACLSMED - REMOTE Portrait control panel built for one-handed drive at the bedside. 60+ rhythm presets at your thumb: sinus, atrial, SVT, junctional, ventricular, AV blocks, paced, arrest. Switch rhythms mid-code, drop the BP, desaturate the SpO₂, trigger alarms, toggle CPR artifact, push ROSC, fire 12-lead ECG presentations. The mirror strip shows you exactly what the student sees. Megacode scenarios with branching state for full ACLS/BLS/PALS workflows.

IVMED — The Pump (Clinical Suite) A dual-channel infusion pump that's fully wired into the scenario. 79-drug formulary across 15 categories. Primary plus piggyback or concurrent Y-site delivery. Hard and soft dose limits. Body-surface-area dosing (Mosteller). Three-tier alarm hierarchy. Drug-accurate bag visuals — vasopressors amber, lipid emulsion white, blood products by component. Push the wrong rate? The scenario reacts.

RESPMED — The Ventilator (Clinical Suite) A mechanical ventilator with 9 modes (AC, SIMV, PRVC, PSV, CPAP, BiPAP, APRV, HFOV, NIV) and 9 lung pathologies (ARDS, COPD, asthma, PE, pneumonia, edema, neuromuscular failure, pneumothorax, normal). Lung mechanics, inspiratory hold, 28-analyte ABG/labs. Change vent settings and the patient responds on the Monitor.

Every paired iPad shares one virtual patient. Switch the scenario on the Remote and the Monitor updates, IVmed re-doses to the new weight, RESPmed reflects the new allergies and blood type. The whole rig moves as one.
