KUU: AI Brain Dump for ADHD

When your head is full, it can be hard to know what belongs in front of you and what can wait.

KUU is a quiet voice-first app for brain dumps, overthinking, scattered ideas, and the small worries you do not want to keep carrying.

Speak what is on your mind. It does not need to be organized. KUU turns what you said into text and gently separates it four ways: Now / Later / Park / Let go.

The point is not to do more. It is to make a little room in your head.

■ On your Mac KUU waits quietly in the menu bar. You can speak without opening a window, and it carries all the way through to Now / Later / Park / Let go. What you said before is always a glance away.

■ When to use it

• Before bed, when your mind starts running.
• When the same thought keeps looping.
• When task managers have started to feel heavy.
• When you want to be heard, but do not want to send it to anyone.
• When talking out loud helps you understand what you mean.
• When an idea appears before it has a shape.

These are not priorities or scores. They are quiet ways to hold what you said.

• Unlike a notes app, KUU starts with speaking, not writing.
