Health Push is a HealthKit data export tool for iPhone. It exports data synced to the iPhone "Health" app into structured JSON files, making it easy to back up your data or feed it into your own AI assistants, AI agents, and data analysis tools.

【Export Your Health Data】 • Structured JSON: Features clear metrics and workout fields, standardized units, and timestamps with local time zones, making the data easy for programs and AI assistants to read. • Wide Range of Metrics: Covers steps, energy, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, VO₂ max, sleep stages, gait metrics, wrist temperature, environmental sound levels, mindfulness minutes, and more. Exportable content depends on what your device has recorded and the read permissions you have granted. • Date Range Exports: Choose from the last 7, 30, or 90 days, the past year, or your entire history. Ranges are calculated based on local calendar dates, and the export process can be cancelled at any time. • Incremental Updates: Recalculates metrics that have changed, reflecting additions, corrections, and deletions in your health records. After upgrading, please perform a full export by date range once before switching to incremental exports. • Multi-Source Step Counting: Uses HealthKit's merged statistics to avoid double-counting duplicate records from the iPhone and Apple Watch. Please compare the results with the daily totals shown in the iPhone "Health" app. • Workout Details: Preserves workout summaries along with available data on steps, cadence, distance, energy, and heart rate.

【You Control Your Data】 • Health data is read and processed locally on your device; no data is uploaded to our servers. • Exports are handled via the system share sheet, allowing you to choose the destination app for your files. • Supporter ID tracking uses iCloud's public counter service; no health data is sent to this service. • Built using native code; no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated.

Health Push does not include built-in conversational or generative AI features; it focuses solely on data export, leaving the choice of how to use the data entirely up to you.
