UpTop is a goals-and-standards system based on Dan Martell's Achievement framework. Six lanes of life — Body, Being, Balance, Business, Budget, Beliefs — each with the goals you're chasing and the daily standards that get you there.

WHY UPTOP

Most habit apps track one thing. UpTop tracks the whole life: the workout, the morning page, the weekly budget review, the time with your kids. Every standard you keep is a vote for the person you're becoming. After a hundred votes it's not effort anymore — it's identity.

THE ENGINE

• Set a goal in each lane. Give it a target date. • Wire daily standards to it — the reps that compound. • Watch them lift each other. Every check-off is a vote.

A CUSTOMISABLE TODAY DASHBOARD

The home tab is yours. Drag tiles to reorder them. Hide what you don't care about. Switch the Standards tile between a quick "manage" link and a tickable checklist of today's standards — the choice is per-device and saved.

WIDGETS — STANDARDS OR GOALS

Add a home-screen or lock-screen widget and choose what it shows: today's Standards, with circles you can tick off without opening the app — or your Goals, with progress, days to target, and what you've already achieved. Put one of each on your home screen and keep both in view.

WEIGHT PROGRESS

Log your weight and UpTop shows the two numbers that matter — both on the Today tile and the weight page: how much you've reduced since you started, and exactly how far is left to your target.

SMART NUDGES (THAT YOU CONTROL)

Opt in to the moments that help you stay on the path: • Morning motivation to start the day • Goals-review prompts through the day — morning, after lunch, and evening • A bedtime goals review timed to your own sleep schedule (from Apple Health), so it lands before you wind down • Midday + evening standards nudges, only when you actually have standards still open • An afternoon step nudge if you're well behind your step goal • A weekly weigh-in prompt on the day you choose • Sunday digest with the week's wins • Quiet hours so nothing fires past bedtime

Every nudge is per-hour and per-day-of-week configurable from a single Notifications screen. Turn off what you don't need.

ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS

Invite a friend with a six-letter code. They see the standards you've shared with them and your weight chart over time. You both get a Sunday digest of obligated days kept vs missed. Progress photos stay private to you.

APPLE HEALTH

Connect Apple Health to auto-track steps and dietary energy as standards — no manual checking off — and to time your bedtime goals review to your sleep schedule. Optional, off by default, read-only.
