Customise forms to suit your work and take down client details whilst you're still on the phone. Automatically add contacts and calendar events using the data you record.

Electrician? Surveyor? Engineer? Salesperson? Call Assistant is built for people who work out in the field, or on the road and who regularly have new clients call them to book appointments.

With Call Assistant it’s easy. Create a form that works for you using a simple click/drag interface and then when a new client calls you, just open the app, click new and fill in the details to create a record. Call Assistant can automatically create contacts in your phone and events in your calendar and syncs its records across your devices (iPhone and iPad).

Optionally make fields required and/or add them to the notes field in an event so you can see at a glance the clients name and contact details when you’re travelling to the appointment (Tip: if you add a phone number to a calendar event’s notes, it automatically makes a button in Calendar to easily call your client when you’re out on the road).

All Forms, records and custom fields are synchronised across your devices.

Build Forms • Design templates with presets like Name, Address, Phone, Email, Event Date, Duration • Make Quick Add fields using text, number, select, checkboxes, radio buttons and more (e.g. House type: Flat, Bungalow, House) • Build a library of re-usable ‘Custom Fields’ that can be deployed across multiple forms.

Integrations • Use client information (Name, Email, Address etc…) to create a new contact in your phone and add labels to help locate them later. • Use dates, durations and addresses to create calendar events for appointments or surveys including custom alert times and calculated travel times. • Travel times are calculated from either your current location (permission to use your location will be requested) or a ‘base address’ such as your home or office.
