Cliently is a simple and focused iPhone app for client management. It keeps clients, contacts, terms, notes, activity, and payments in one place, so you can focus on your work instead of jumping between multiple tools.

What you can do with Cliently:

CLIENT MANAGEMENT Store the key information for each client, including contacts, notes, activity, pricing, and payment totals. Client cards are designed to stay practical, clean, and easy to scan in daily use.

CONTACTS IN ONE PLACE Add contact people, phone numbers, email addresses, and other details to each client. If you want, you can also link clients with Apple Contacts and keep your information available outside the app as well.

TERMS AND NEXT STEPS Cliently uses one consistent term-based workflow, so it is always clear what the next step is. A term can include a type, title, date, priority, note, and assigned contact. This makes it easy to see what is due today, tomorrow, or overdue.

DAILY OVERVIEW The Overview section works as your daily dashboard. It shows what needs attention today, what is coming tomorrow, and which items are overdue. It helps you start the day quickly and stay organized.

CALENDAR The calendar shows your terms by day and helps you jump to the exact date you need. On iPhone, the calendar is tuned for clear and comfortable everyday use.

NOTES AND ACTIVITY Notes are ideal for summaries, decisions, and important context. Activity gives you a readable history of meetings, calls, and other important events. Together, they give you instant context for every client relationship.

QR PAYMENTS On iPhone, Cliently can generate payment QR codes. Just enter your account number and IBAN in Settings, or upload your own QR code, then enter the amount when needed. Your client can scan the code directly in their banking app.

FINANCE Track received payments for each client and keep an overview of the total amount paid. This helps you stay organized not only with communication, but also with the financial side of your work.

ICLOUD SYNC If you use the same Apple ID across devices, Cliently can sync your data through iCloud. That makes it easy to continue where you left off.
